From my notebook! Inspiration I took from the Spring 2020 trade shows. Suppliers are very protective of their new products-understandably! No photos I'm afraid so I will do my very best to describe....here we go....
Blogger Glam! - This room style was such fun! taupe painted walls with powder pink velvet upholstery. Furniture was white and accessories faux sheepskin chairs and black and white photography wall art.
A bit of Kitsch! - A vintage rose painted wall looked amazing with the dark parquet wood floor. Dark blue and coral red velvet upholstery was surrounded by gold metallic accessories
Old Havana – I can smell the cigars! Textured wood furniture such as rattan with parquet flooring and aquamarine painted walls. Finished with lots of foliage and botanical art prints.
The Traveller – Large comfy sofas shown in apricot velvet with textured leather accent chairs and exotic bird art on the walls. Finished with reclaimed wood furniture and brass metal accessories.
Cote D Azur – So fresh with white painted walls, taupe upholstery and fayence furniture. Finished with lots of white orchids and polished metal and glass accessories. Very sophisticated!
The Drawing room – painted putty coloured walls with chinoserie wall art and natural fabrics in neutrals covered the upholstery. White rattan cabinet furniture was warmed up with coral coloured ginger jars and polished gold accessories.
Elegant town house – Powder blue painted walls with taupe upholstery and fretwork detail on the wood cabinet furniture. Blue and white hydrangeas finished the room beautifully.
Back to NATURE – every room was shown with botanical or floral accessories. Faux or living plants, leaf patterned wall art and large scale floral prints on cushions. Detailed WOOD – cabinet furniture with Gustavian,Fretwork,Fayence and Spindle detail. MARBLE – All colour shades shown on side and dining tables and table and floor lamps. RUGS – not just for your living room but shown under your dining table. OVERSIZED wall art – clean and simple replacing the scattered look. ANTIQUE framed prints – Sculptured frames with portraits and dark moody scenes. Timeless neutrals have WARMED up – shown in sofa upholstery with accent chairs in deep green,mint,mauve and rose terracotta. 80s DECOR is back – with chunky chairs and curved back sofas shown in amber gold, burgundy red and rust.
